轮南油田液化气联合装置的技术改造

摘  要:轮南油田液化气联合装置由 4 0× 10 4m3 /d天然气处理装置 (装置 1)和 4 0 0× 10 4t/a原油稳定装置 (装置 2 )组成 ,产品为液化石油气和轻油两种。由于装置 2采用无压缩机运行 ,产生的大量不凝气 (6× 10 4~ 8× 10 4m3 /d)只能外输至装置 1处理 ,造成装置 1制冷系统和分馏系统负荷增加 ,液化气放空损失严重 ,大量滞留于轻油中 ,导致液化气总收率下降近 30 % ,轻油产品质量不合格 ,火炬冒黑烟。文章分析了影响该装置液化气收率的因素 ,提出了液化气增产技术的改造方案。采用轻油回炼技术对装置进行不停产技术改造 ,增加液化气产量 2 0 .2 3t/d ,提高收率 2 9.82 % 。Lunnan oilfield LPG unite-plant is composed of 40× 10 4m 3/ d natural gas processing plants No.1 and 400×10 4t/a crude oil stabiliz ation pla nt No.2.The products are LPG and light oil. Because the No.2 plant was operated without compressor, so plenty of uncooled gas(6×10 4~8×10 4m 3/d) w as produced and transmitt ed to the No.1 plant, the loads of cooling system and fractional system of N0.1 plant were increased.So plenty of LPG was given off to the air and resorted in t he light oil,which resulted in the decreasing of LPG recovery of 30%, the qualit y of light oil was under standard, and the torch black smoke spitted.The factors effecting on the LPG recovery were analyzed,and an improved technique for sett ling these problems were put forward. After using this technique without shuttin g down the plants,the production of LPG was increased by 20.23t/d,the recovery w as increased by 29.82%.
