摘  要:测定了不同来源、不同种类的催化裂化原料油的薄层色谱图 ,提取了谱图特征变量 ,以偏最小二乘方法为数学工具 ,通过经典柱色谱法取得基础数据 ,建立催化裂化原料油的薄层色谱 -烃族组成模型。采用该模型预测待测样品的烃族组成 ,并与经典柱色谱法的测定结果相比 ,饱和烃质量分数、芳烃质量分数和胶质质量分数的相关系数分别为 0 .96 14、0 .935 9和 0 .96 36。对子分析进行t检验的结果表明 ,本文建立的方法与经典柱色谱法的测定结果相一致。另外 ,薄层色谱法具有分析速度快。A new analytical method of determining the hydrocarbon com position of catalytic cracking feed oils based on TLC/FID was developed.Partial least square (PLS) technique was applied to construct the quantificational calibration model s,which correlated the TLC/FID features with the hydrocarbon composition analyze d by eluting chromatograph (EC).Twenty-six unknown samples were tested by TLC/F ID method and the conventional EC method.The correlation coefficients of the re sults tested by the two methods were 0.9614 , 0.9359 and 0.9639,fo r saturates,aromatics and resin,respectively.The validity of the developed metho d was proved by paired test.The TLC/FID method,with its advantages of better rep eatability,shorter testing time and simpler operation,can be used as an alterna tive for determining the hydrocarbon composition of catalytic cracking feed oils .
