摘  要:用恒温热重法 ,以正己烷脱氢反应为指示反应 ,研究了γ -Al2 O3 覆炭载体 (CCA)、γ -Al2 O3 、Ni/Al2 O3 及Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能 ;考察了覆炭原料、覆炭量对CCA的抗结焦性能的影响及积炭温度、正己烷浓度和覆炭量对Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能的影响。结果表明 ,CCA、Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能优于γ -Al2 O3 、Ni/Al2 O3 。The anticoking properties of γ -Al 2O 3 carrier,Ni/Al 2O 3,Ni/CCA catalysts and carbon-covered Al 2O 3 (CCA)carriers which are prepared by different materials have been investigated by means of thermogravimetry(TG).The dehydrogenation reaction of hexane is used as coking reaction. The effects of carbon-covered materials and the mass of carbon-covered of CCA on the anticoking properties of CCA are investigated. The effects of the coking temperature and the concentration of hexane on the anticoking properties of Ni/CCA catalysts are also studied. The results of the test on the anticoking property show that,at the same experimental conditions,CCA carrier is better than γ -Al 2O 3.Ni/CCA catalyst is better than Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst.The mass of carbon-covered of CCA and Ni/CCA catalyst has great effects on their anticoking properties.
