摘　　要：介绍年产 2 0kt农用硝酸钾生产装置及其运转情况。该装置是采用硝酸铵与氯化钾复分解循环法工艺技术 ,经生产实践证明 ,装置具有生产产品质量好、原料利用率高、生产成本低、无污染等优点。它的建成与投产成功 。A brief account about the device of making potassium nitrate twenty thousand tons per year and its operating conditions are given in this paper.This device utilizes the processing technology of double decomposition recirculation of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride.The production practice indicates that this device has many advantages,such as good product quality,high use ratio of starting material,low product cost and no pollution,etc.The success in making and bringing into production of this device has laid a good foundation for design and production of larger\|scale potassium nitrate production installation.
