糖脂饮辅助治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症33例

摘　　要：目的了解糖脂饮治疗2型糖尿病伴高脂血症临床疗效。方法将观察病例随机分为2组,对照组32例单用西药治疗,治疗组33例加服糖脂饮,疗程2个月。结果治疗组中医症候改善及治疗后FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TC、TG均下降,HDL-C上升,总有效率90.9%,对照组56.3%,其差异均有显著或非常显著性意义。结论糖脂饮联合降糖灵治疗2型糖尿病伴高脂血症临床疗效显著,优于单用降糖药组。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tangzhi decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods: One hundred and five cases of DM2 complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly allocated to two groups: 32 cases treated with phenformin served as control group and 33 treated with phenformin and Tangzhi decoction as treatment group. The treatment course last 2 months. Results: The symptoms were improved, levels of fasting blood glucose (FBS), two-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), low-density lipid cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol and triglycerides lowered and high-density lipid cholesterol (HDL-C) increased in treatment group. The total effective rate was 90.9%in treatment and 56.3 %in control group. The differences of the above indexes were significant in the two groups (P< 0.01～0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Tangzhi decoction combined with phenformin on type 2 diatetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipedemia was superior to that with phenformin alone.
