白芷挥发油镇痛、镇静作用和身体依赖性研究

摘　　要：目的观察白芷挥发油(EssentialoilofRadixAngelicaedahuricae,EOAD)的镇痛、镇静作用和身体依赖性。方法采用扭体法、热板法、辐射热刺激法、大鼠甩尾法观察EOAD的镇痛作用;用小鼠跳跃反应试验、小鼠竖尾反应实验观察EOAD的身体依赖性,并用热板法考察其耐受性;采用程控自主活动箱观察EOAD对小鼠自主活动的影响。结果EOAD对物理、化学等伤害性刺激的镇痛作用确切;小鼠跳跃反应试验表明,吗啡组小鼠出现显著的跳跃反应,而EOAD组则无;小鼠竖尾反应试验表明EOAD组小鼠未出现竖尾反应;EOAD对小鼠的自主活动具有显著的抑制效应。结论EOAD的镇痛、镇静作用明确且对小鼠无身体依赖性作用。Objective: To investigate the analgesic and sedatire effects and physical dependence effects of essential oil of Radix angelicae dahuricae (EOAD).Methods : Analgesic effect in rats and mice was observed by body-torsion, hot-plate, radiate-hot and tail-flicking method. Meanwhile, the physical dependence and tolerance, free movement of mice were examined by jumping, tail-erecting, hot-plate method and with programme-controlled box. Results :EOAD exerted a definite analgesic effect on stimulation induced by physical and chemical substance and has a markedly inhibitory effect on free movement of mice . Jumping reaction and tail-erecting reaction were not found in EOAD group. Conclusion : EOAD exerts a definite analgesic and sedative action on mice and has no physical dependence.
