摘 要:目的建立同时测定复方丹参滴丸中丹参素和原儿茶醛含量高效液相色谱法。方法选用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(19∶80∶1),检测波长为279nm。结果丹参素和原儿茶醛分别在10~80mg/L和2~16mg/L范围内线性关系良好,丹参素和原儿茶醛的平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.7%,RSD分别为1.6%和1.3%。结论方法简便,灵敏,准确,样品处理简便易行,可作为复方丹参滴丸的质量控制方法。Objective: To separate and determine two constituents of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in compound Danshen Dropping Pill. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follow: Nucleosil C18 column, a mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial (19∶80∶1) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL per minute and the detection wavelength at 279 nm. P-hydroxybenoic acid was used as internal standard. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 10~80 mg/L (r=0.9995) for Danshensu and 2~16 mg/L (r=0.9996) for protocatechuic aldehyde . The average recovery of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were 99.4 %and 99.5 %respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple and convenient, rapid and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of compound Danshen Pill.
