摘　　要：以真皮为主作鞋帮面,聚氨酯微孔底作内底、外底,采用常压连帮浇注成型工艺研制浇注型连帮聚氨酯微孔底旅游鞋。对配方、工艺路线及工艺参数控制进行了分析、对比、确定。结合生产实践,分析了生产过程中影响产品质量的主要因素及采取的措施。Taken the pure leather as upper and polyurethane microporous sole as inner sole/outer sole, adopted constent pressure upper injection molding processing to make injection molding polyurethane microporous sole with upper of tour shoes. And worked out an anaysis、 comparison and decision for the formula processing and process parameter control, analyzed the main influence of finished product in the processing and what method should be carried out.
