摘 要:目的 观察不同发育时期人胎儿皮肤表皮干细胞和短暂扩充细胞分布、增殖分化特征 ,并探讨这些特征与胎儿表皮再生的关系。 方法 分别取 2 1例不同胎龄 (1 1~ 31周 )全层皮肤 ,用免疫组织化学SP法观察 β1整合素、角蛋白 1 9(K1 9)和角蛋白 1 0 (K1 0 )的表达特征。 结果全部标本表皮基底层细胞均为 β1整合素和K1 9阳性细胞。 1 1~ 31周的表皮外层可观察到K1 0阳性细胞。随胎龄增加 ,K1 0阳性细胞层数逐渐增多。 结论 人胎儿期表皮基底层增殖细胞主要为表皮干细胞和短暂扩充细胞。随胎龄增加 ,终末分化细胞的比例明显增高。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of epidermal stem cells and transit amplifying cells in different ages of gestation, and their relations with fetal epidermic regeneration. Methods The expressions of integrin β1, keratin 19 (K19) and keratin 10 (K10) in the fetal skins were detected with immunohistochemical method of streptavidin/peroxidase (SP). Biopsies were taken from 21 fetuses (11~31weeks gestational age). Results As for the immunostainings of fetal tissue sections, the expressions of integrin β1 and K19 were observed in all epidermal basal cells. K10 positive cells were present in super basal cells (11-31 weeks gestational age). Along with the increment of gestational age, the number of K10 positive cells increased. Conclusions The proliferative cells of fetal epidermis basal lamina are mainly stem cells and transit amplifying cells. The number of terminal differentiated cells in the skin increases with the development of fetal skin, which may be associated with fetal scarless healing in the early gestational age.
