选择性面神经减压术治疗外伤性周围性面瘫

摘　　要：目的　探讨选择性面神经减压术治疗外伤性周围性面瘫的方法和临床意义。　方法　回顾性分析 1 990～ 2 0 0 1年间采用选择性面神经减压术治疗外伤性周围性面瘫 1 0 3例的临床特点及治疗方法。　结果　 1 0 3例患者中术后随访 93例 ,依据House -Brackmann面神经功能恢复评分标准评定 ,Ⅰ级恢复 71例 ,Ⅱ级恢复 1 4例 ,Ⅲ级恢复 5例 ,Ⅳ级恢复 2例 ,Ⅴ级恢复 1例 ,其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ级恢复者占随访人数的 91 .4%。　结论　选择性面神经减压术治疗外伤性周围性面瘫是一种更为简便。Objective To study the clinical significance and surgical way of selective facial nerve decompression in treatment of traumatic peripheral facial nerve paralysis. Methods A total of 103 cases of traumatic peripheral facial nerve paralysis treated with selective facial nerve decompression in our department between 1990 and 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 103 cases, 93 cases were followed up after surgical treatment. According to House-Brackmann facial nerve function scores, 91.4% of them experienced normal or subnormal facial nerve recovery (71 cases obtained degree Ⅰ recovery, 14 cases degree Ⅱ recovery). Partial recovery was obtained in the others (degree Ⅲ in 5 cases, degree Ⅳ in 2 cases and degree Ⅴ in 1 case). Conclusions Selective facial nerve decompression is an easier and more efficient way in surgical treatment of traumatic peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
