摘 要:目的探讨中小型医院建立和完善影像存档和传输系统(PACS)。材料与方法利用具有较好支持DICOM3.0的Mini-PACS实现放射科数字化影像设备的互联 ;放射科PACS、电子胃镜和彩色多普勒超声与医院影像工作站联网并最后与HIS联网。结果数字影像通过PACS实现放射科医师和临床医师影像资源共享 ,并实现了远程医疗会诊。结论影像存档与传输系统能提高影像资源信息利用率。Objective To explore the developing model of PACS in small-middle hospital. Materials and Methods The digital image equipments of radiology department were connected to Mini-PACS with DICOM standard. The PACS of radiology department, Electronic gestroscope, and color Doppler ultrasonography were connected to hospital image workstation. The hospital image workstation connected to the hospital information system and remote diagnosis system. Results The digital images were shared within the doctors of clinic and radiology department by PACS, and remote medical diagnosis are realized. Conclusion The utilization rate of image resources, efficiency and economy returns can be increased by PACS.
