归黄颗粒对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的心肌保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨归黄颗粒对实验性病毒性心肌炎的防治作用。方法 :腹腔注射柯萨奇B3m亲心肌病毒株造成Balb/C乳鼠心肌炎模型 ,观察小鼠症状和死亡率、心肌病理变化、血清酶学等指标。结果 :归黄颗粒可降低心肌炎小鼠的死亡率 ;降低心肌感染病毒的滴度及组织病理损伤积分 ;抑制CVB3m感染后所致的LDH活性异常升高 ,并可使CK的水平降低。结论Objective: To study the prophylactico thrapeutic effects of Guihuang Pellet on viral induced myocarditis in mice. Methods: Viral myocarditis was induced by intraperitoneal injection with CVB 3m . The symptoms, mortality, pathological changes in myocardium and serum enzymes were observed in all of the groups. Results: The both of mortality and incedence of myocarditis were reduced in Guihuang Pellet treated groups with dose dependence. The viral titre, the pathological marks and the serum levels of both CK and LDH were much lower in Guihuang Pellet treated groups than that of the saline treated group. Conclusion: The Guihuang Pellet has some protective effects on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis.
