益肾化浊注射液对实验性慢性肾衰的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究益肾化浊注射液的抗慢性肾衰作用。方法 :用 5 /6大鼠肾切除方法制成动物慢性肾衰模型 ,以给药前及给药后 4周、8周大鼠血尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、尿蛋白、血甘油三脂、胆固醇为观察指标进行实验研究。结果 :益肾化浊注射液可明显降低 5 /6肾切除大鼠血肌酐、血尿素氮、尿蛋白 ,提高内生肌酐清除率。该药还有降低血甘油三脂、胆固醇的作用。结论Objection: To study the effect of the traditional Chinese complicated preparation YSHZ on chronic renal failure.Method: The animal model with chronic renal failure using the method of 5/6 rat's renal resection was established. Collect the values of blood uria nitrogen, serum creatinine, endogenous creatinine clearance rate,urine protein, blood triglyceride and cholesterol before administration and at 4 week and 8 week after administration as the watching marker to study.Results: YSHZ can obviously reduce serum creatinine, blood uria nitrogen and urine protein, increase endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the model rats, and which is better than the control group with benazepril. In addition, the preparation still has the effect of reducing the blood triglyceride and cholesterol. Conclusion: YSHZ could obviously improve the renal function of rats with chronic renal failure.
