摘  要:采用乳液聚合法合成了核壳结构的丙烯酸酯共聚物 (ACR)。借助于动态光散射粒径分析仪 ,透射电镜、IR、DSC考察了ACR共聚物乳胶粒径、核壳结构、组成变化及玻璃化转变。发现各层单体比对缺口冲击强度有较大影响 ,缺口冲击强度随着核层橡胶相质量的增加而明显上升。此外还考察了复合乳化剂使用的情况 ,并用扫描电镜观察了冲击样条断面的形貌特征。s The acrylate copolymers(ACR)with core shell structure were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization The emulsoid particles size,core shell structure,composition changes of ACR were inspected by dynamic laser scattering,TEM,IR,and the glass transition temperatures were measured by DSC At the same time it was found that the change of ratio between core and shell had effect on the notched impact strength of PVC/ACR blends The noted of impact strength of PVC/ACR blends improved with the increase of proportion of core The effects of the kind and amount of emulsifying agents were discussed The fractured surfaces of PVC/ACR blends was examined by means of SEM,and the result showed this ACR was a good impact modifier for PVC
