摘  要:以自紧螺钉和埋塑螺母作为玻璃纤维毡增强热塑性复合材料(GMT)制品的连接件,考察了将螺钉和螺母从制品中拔出的拉出力及螺母的旋转扭矩。结果表明,螺钉拉出力随孔径增大而减小,相对孔径 d/d_0=0.7时,拉出力最大;螺母的拔出力随埋入深度增加而呈线性增大;螺母的旋转扭矩随埋入深度增加而显著增大。GMT products usually need assembling with other parts when they are used as structural parts and supporters. The pull-out forces of screws and inserted nuts and their rotational torques in compression molded GMT parts were investigated. The results show that pull-out forces of screws decrease with the increase of the hole diameters and the highest pull-out force is obtained when d/d0 = 0. 7. The withdrawal forces are linearly proportional to the deepness of inserts and rotational torques are remarkably enhanced as the deepness of inserts increases.
