摘 要:目的 :检测新培育的HLC近交系的基因纯合性。方法 :按照国家实验动物质量检测中心编著的实验动物遗传检测操作规程 ,用电泳法分别对第 2 5代HLC近交系小鼠 9条染色体上基因编码的 13个生化标记蛋白进行了生化标记检测 ,用同系异体间尾部皮肤进行了移植试验 ,并与DBA/ 2交配进行了毛色基因测试。结果 :各生化标记位点全部纯合 ;皮肤移植 10 0d后 ,未见排斥现象 ,为同系组织遗传性 ;杂交F1的毛色同BALB/C与DBA/ 2杂交的F1代相同 ,全部为桂皮色 ,基因型为AAbbccDD。结论 :HLC小鼠是基因位点高度纯合的近交系小鼠。Aim:To examine the genetic homozygosis of the HLC inbred mouse. Methods: According to 'the Instructive Procedure of Genetic Inspect on Laboratory Animals', 13 biochemical markers coded by the genes located on 9 chromosomes were measured by electrophoresis for the 25th generation of the HLC respectively. The tail skin grafting test and the coat color test by crossing between HLC and DBA/2 mouse were performed. Results: All the 13 biochemical markers were homogenous. The tail skin grafting test showed no rejection during 100 days after transplanting, implying the HLC was of isohistogenicity. Analysis of coat color genes indicated that the hair color of first generation hybrid was cassia bark as the same as hybrid between BALB/c and DBA/2, suggesting that the coat color genes of the HLC were homogenous. The gene type was AAbbccDD. Conclusion: The HLC inbred strain mouse is of high homogenicity in the genetic characteristics.
