关玉液杀精避孕作用观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药方剂关玉液的杀精避孕作用。方法 :在精液中加入关玉液 ,并分别在不同时间观察精子活力、活率、密度 ;在宫颈粘液内加入不同量的关玉液观察对宫颈粘液的影响以及精子对此介质的穿透性。结果 :关玉液体积分数为 0 .16 7时 ,6 0min后精子活力由Ⅳ下降到Ⅰ ,活率由 70 %下降到 2 0 %,12 0min精子爬高 1.5cm ,远较正常对照 5cm短 ;关玉液体积分数为 0 .2 31时 ,1min时精子活率下降到 10 %,15min时下降到 0 ,2h精子爬高仅 0 .5cm ,精子密度由 5 0HP-1以上下降到 2 0～ 40HP-1;关玉液体积分数为 0 .2 86时 ,所有精子被立即制动 ,精子密度下降到 0～ 5HP-1。宫颈粘液和关玉液接触后产生白色沉淀 ,拉丝度消失。结论 :关玉液不但对精子的活动性和完整性具有明显的破坏作用 ,也能改变宫颈粘液的理化性质。Aim: To observe the effect of Chinese traditional medicine Guanyu-liquid on spermatocidal contraception. Methods: The sperm motility,the sperm activity rate and the sperm density were observed at 20 s?1 min?15 min?30 min?60 min after mixing semen with Guanyu-liquid.The effect of the Guanyu-liquid on the cervical mucus and penetrability of sperm in the mucus were observed. Results: When the concentration of the Guanyu-liquid was 16.7%, the sperm motility dropped from Ⅳ to Ⅰ,the sperm activity rate from 70% to 20% and the sperm penetrated 1.5 cm up in 120 min. When the concentration was 23.1%, the sperm motility dropped from Ⅳ to 0 in 15 min, the sperm penetrated 0.5 cm up in 120 min and the sperm density dropped from 50/HP to 20～40/HP.When the concentration was 28.6%, the sperm motility dropped from Ⅳ to 0 in 20 s and the sperm density was 0～5/HP.White deposition was observed and the cervical mucus could not be drawn. Conclusion: The guanyu-liquid can not only destroy human sperm,but change the character of the human cervical mucus.
