改性醇酸快干工业底漆的研制

摘　　要：采用熔融法,用石油树脂分别对短、中、长油度醇酸树脂进行改性,制备了快干工业底漆,考察了醇酸树脂的油度、石油树脂与醇酸树脂配比对改性的快干工业底漆性能的影响,得到石油树脂与短油度醇酸树脂的最佳配比为2∶1～3∶1。制得的改性快干工业底漆的各项性能指标均达到要求,由于选择了价廉的混合芳烃溶剂,使该漆的生产成本大幅下降。s:Petroleum resin is used to modify short-oil, medium-oil and long-oil alkyd resin respectively to get quick-dried alkyd industrial primer by flux synthesis procedure. Influence of oil-length of alkyd resin and ratio of petroleum resin to alkyd resin on performance of quick-dried alkyd industrial primer is studied. The best ratio of petroleum resin to short-oil alkyd resin is 2 ∶1～3 ∶1. All performance indexes of above-mentioned primer conform the standard. The cost producing this primer is lower much due to selecting cheap mixed arene as solvent.
