摘  要:介绍了插层型聚合物基纳米复合材料的制各原理、性能及其在塑料、纤维。The research and achievements on intercalated polymer nanocomposites were introduced. The nanocomposites possess unique properties typically not shared by their conventional composite counterpart. The nanocomposites can attain higher degree of stiffness, strength, heat resistance and barrier properties without sacrificing their impact strength with far less clay content. The introduction of MMT increases the impact strength of PA66. The nanocomposites, film exhibits excellent gas and liquid barrier properties. Furthermore, the fire retardancy of nanocomposites was also found, such as almost no dripping melt, smoke suppressing, synergistic effect between MMT and traditional retardants etc. Their applications in plastics, fiber, film in packaging material, electronics and potentional application in weapon equipment were also introduced.
