咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究—西部地区1172例多中心疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的　评价咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性 ,积累国内用药经验。方法　多中心开放研究 ,疗程 2周 ,4级评分评价疗效 ,记录不良反应。结果　共调查 1172例 ,总有效率为 88/1% ,治疗 2周疗效明显优于 1周 (P <0 .0 0 1)。不良反应最多见为嗜睡 (6.2 % ) ,全部在 3天内出现。未见任何心脏不良反应。结论　咪唑斯汀是一种有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of Mizolastine on treating chronic urticaria,and to accumulate the experience of handling on using the medicine.Methods Open multiple center trial 2 weeks course,the therapeutic effects were evaluated based on 4 grade score,and any side-effect was carefully recorded.Results A total of 1172 cases of chronic urticaria patients was investigated,the total effective rate was 88.1%,the results at the end of 2 weeks course was significantly better than that at the end of 1 week(P<0.001),The most common side effect was sleepiness(6.2%),and all was appeared within 3 days.No any heart side effect was recorded.Conclusion Mizolastine is an effective and safe antihistaminic on treating chronic urticaria.
