对不合理治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的　对有不合理治疗病史的维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿进行干预治疗并进行效果评价。方法　对147名有不合理治疗病史的维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿进行合理治疗 ,以其家长和保育员进行卫生宣教。结果合理治疗后患儿的治愈率增加 ,临床症状显著减少 ;卫生宣教后家长的问卷几个及格率显著提高。结论　积极的卫生宣教和合理的治疗对于减少维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的发病。Objective To evaluate the intervene for the children in Vd deficiency rickets with unreasonable treatment. Methods By randomly controlled study,the intervene effect of Vd on rickets and propagation and education on parents and baby-sitters were evaluated in 147 rickets children with unreasonable treatment. Results Morbidity of rickets in this locality had no significantly difference between boys and girls,and it had significantly relevance with age,weighs in birth and the feed pattern.The pass rate of the questionnaire about Vd deficiency rickets was significantly higher after the propagation and education. Conclusion Reasonable,timely treatment and extensively propagation and education is the effective,practical,and easy way to prevent and treat Vd deficiency rickets.
