摘　　要：目的 :探讨阴囊Paget病的诊断及治疗。方法 :10例阴囊皮损患者 ,活检证实为阴囊Paget病 ,均采用病灶广泛切除术治疗 ,并采用原位、转移皮瓣覆盖创面。结果 :A1期 3例 ,A2 期 6例 ,B期 1例。共行 11次手术 ,1例术后复发 (复发率为 10 %)而行二次手术治疗 ,无一例死亡。结论 :对经久不愈的阴囊皮损应尽早行活检确诊 ,病灶广泛切除术是治疗本病的有效手段。Purpose:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of Paget's disease involving the scrotum. Method:During August 1980 to Oct 2001 , 10 cases were confirmed on pathological studies and underwent surgical treatment . Result:There were 3 cases of stage A 1,6 cases of stage A 2 and 1 case of stage B.During the follow-up, all patients were all alive and only one patient received reoperation because of the recurrence. Conclusion: Dermatobiopsy should be undertaken as early as possible in suspected cases and radical excision might be effective treatment for this disease.
