摘  要:目的观察鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术对峰值鼻呼吸流量的影响。方法应用微型峰值鼻呼吸流量仪分别测定行鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术患者的峰值鼻气流量。结果鼻中隔偏曲手术前吸气和呼气峰值鼻流量分别是0.291±0.112L/min,0.420±0.132L/min,而手术后1个月分别是0.445±0.153L/min,0.615±0.172L/min,两者和手术前相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。鼻炎组手术前的测定值分别是0.199±0.154L/min,0.213±0.131L/min;手术后1月分别是0.395±0.171L/min,0.589±0.221L/min,手术前后相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术可以显著性的增加患者的峰值鼻呼吸流量,改善患者的鼻通气功能。Objective To observe the effect of sep-toplasty and turbinectomy on peak flow.Methods to measure the peak flow of septoplasty and partial turbinectomy pre and post operation using Mini-Wright peak flow meter.Results the peak flow of septoplasty were0.291±0.112L/min in inspira-tion and0.420±0.132L/min in expiration preopera-tion and0.445±0.153L/min,0.634±0.170L/min post operation.There are significant differences between pre and post operation (P<0.01).The peak flow of partial turbinectomy were0.199±0.145L/min,0.213±0.131L/min preoperation and0.395±0.171L/min,0.589±0.221L/min post operation.There are signif-icant differences between pre and post operation(P<0.01).Conclution septoplasty and partial tur-binectomy can increase the peak flow-significantly and improve the nasal airway function.
