摘　　要：目的　观察雄激素致高胰岛素高雄激素不孕大鼠胰岛素样生长因子 1/胰岛素样生长因子 1受体(IGF 1/IGF 1R)的变化。方法　建立雄激素致高胰岛素高雄激素不孕大鼠模型 ,通过阴道涂片筛选各组大鼠 ;血清IGF 1测定采用放免法 ,IGF 1R的检测采用免疫组化法。结果　 (1)血清IGF 1水平 :两组间无统计学差异 ;(2 )胰腺、肝脏、卵巢和肾上腺IGF 1R免疫组化定量分析 :模型组 <正常组。结论　雄激素致不孕大鼠存在着主要靶器官低水平IGF 1R。Purpose: To observe the change of Insulin-like growth factor-1 & receptor(IGF-1/IGF-1R) in androgen-induced sterile rats (ASR). Methods: The level of serum IGF-1 was detected by radioimmuno-assay. IGF-1R was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: The density of IGF-1R in ASR was lower than that of the normal rats. There was no difference of the level of serum IGF-1 between the two groups. Conclusions: There was some change in the level of IGF-1R of ASR. It indicated that IGF-1R might play a role in the development of ASR.
