摘  要:目的 检测新研囊式背心抗荷裤对加压呼吸的代偿性能。 方法 受试者为 7名 18~2 0岁健康男性青年。观察他们在穿新研囊式背心抗荷裤时 ,对 30、5 0和 70 mm Hg 3种加压水平 ,持续 3m in加压呼吸的心血管反应。 结果 所有受试者均完成试验。在规定加压呼吸时间内 ,基础胸阻抗和 Q- Z间期在 3个加压值加压呼吸 3min内差异无显著性意义。心率、平均动脉压、心搏量、左心射血时间和总外周阻力在加压值为 5 0、70 mm Hg的加压呼吸 1min时与初始值比较 ,差异有显著性意义 ,但这些变化在以后 2 min内无明显加剧。随加压值增加 ,平均动脉压和总外周阻力明显增高 ,心搏量、左心射血时间明显减少。 结论 使用这种装备可以满足 70 mm Hg加压呼吸 3m in的要求 ,其心功能的变化均在生理耐限范围内。Objective To detect the degree of protection afforded by the newly developed Jerkin G suit against positive pressure breathing (PPB). Method Seven healthy youngmen (age 18~20) served as subjects. Their cardiovascular responses induced by 30 mm Hg, 50 mm Hg and 70 mm Hg PPB for 3 min using Jerkin G suit were observed. Result All subjects completed the experiment successfully. As compared with the cardiovascular indexes before PPB, Z 0 and Q Z interval did not change significantly during 30 mm Hg,50 mm Hg and 70 mm Hg PPB, while significant changes of HR, MAP, SV, LVET, TPR occurred during 50 mm Hg and 70 mm Hg PPB for 1 min, but the changes were not significantly aggravated during the following 2 min. Conclusion Using the newly developed Jerkin G suit can offer adequate protection against PPB at 70 mm Hg for 3 min, the cardiovascular responses were within normal physiological tolerance limit.
