摘  要:目的 探讨 +Gz重复暴露对星形胶质细胞中胶质原纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)表达的影响。 方法  SD大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为 4组 ,即对照组 (5只 )、+4Gz锻炼组 (15只 )、+4Gz 锻炼后再暴露于 +10 Gz组 (15只 )及单次 +10 Gz暴露组 (5只 )。各组暴露后 2 d处死取脑 ,做冰冻切片 ,免疫组织化学染色观察 GFAP的表达情况。 结果  +4Gz/ 3min暴露 1次、3次和 5次后 (两次之间间隔 2 4 h) ,GFAP阳性细胞数由少至多 ,以细小型为主 ;单次 +10 Gz 暴露后 ,GFAP阳性反应较强 ,肥大型在梨状皮层和丘脑下部最多 ,在顶叶皮层和海马较少 ;+4Gz 分别暴露 1次、3次和 5次后再暴露于 +10 Gz,肥大型在各脑区逐渐减少 ,在顶叶皮层和海马逐渐消失 ,代之以细小型。 结论 低 G值反复暴露后再暴露于高 G值对脑的保护作用 ,与其能减少肥大、肿胀和损伤的Objective To explore the influence of repeated +G z exposures on glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in rat brain. Methods Forty SD male rats were randomly divided into control group(5 rats), +4 G z exposure one time, three times and five times group(15 rats), +10 G z exposure group (15 rats) after +4 G z exposure one time, three times and five times and +10 G z exposure only group (5 rats). The 4 G z exposure sustained for 3 min, and 10 G z exposure sustained for 5 min. The interval between two exposures was 24 h. Two days after G z exposure, the rats were killed and the expression levels of GFAP in rat brain were measured by immunohistochemistry staining. Results Compared with that of control group, the number of GFAP reactive neurons was increased after +4 G z exposure once, three times and five times. After +10 G z exposure the GFAP reaction was strong, the number of fat GFAP reactive neurons was highest in piriform cortex and hypothalamus, but less in parietal cortex and hippocampus. At the time of exposure to +10 G z/ 5 min again after +4 G z once, 3 times and 5 times, the number of fat GFAP reactive neurons became less and less in rat brain and even disappeared in parietal cortex and hippocampus. Conclusions The results suggested that the protective effect of repeated low +G z exposure against damage induced by high G z exposure in rat brain was related with the fact that it could reduce the number of fat, swollen and damaged GFAP reactive neurons.
