摘　　要：针对高层钢筋砼框架—剪力墙结构 ,提出了高层框—剪结构的三阶段分部优化设计策略 ,设计结果使结构整体内力分布更均匀、设计更合理 ,并结合某高层建筑结构的设计进行了实证。结果表明 ,经济效益显著 ,该结构优化设计的结果可作为同类建筑结构设计的参考。The Three phase Local Optimization designing approach is put forwards for the high rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, which results in the more uniformly distributed internal forces and more reasonable section dimensions. The follow practical design shows the validity and economical efficiency of this strategy. The designing approach may be used as reference for the similar structures.
