信息产业竞争力的综合模糊评判

摘　　要：在对信息产业的内涵进行准确界定的基础上 ,本文提出了决定信息产业发展的四大支撑体系 ,并通过深入分析这四个层面 ,构建了较为客观的信息产业综合竞争力评价指标体系。同时 ,运用改进的模糊层次分析法综合中美两国实际进行了实证分析 ,进而为准确把握我国信息产业的综合竞争力水平、制定合理的信息产业发展策略与措施提供了依据。On the basis of accurate definition of information industry,four systems,which suport information industry to develop,are put forward.After thorough illustration of these systems,an evaluating system is established to objectively estimate the comprehensive competitive capacity of information industry.At the same time,in view of Chinese and American actuality,an improved fuzzy AHP model is empolyed to analyze it in the two countries by means of this evaluating system. Thus,gist to grasp the level of information industry in our country and set down reasonable strategies and measures to develop it is presented.
