摘  要:目的 探讨复方雷公藤多甙对雌性大鼠生殖系统的影响.方法 以瓜蒌、石斛、白勺、川芎、生地、当归、五味子、菟丝子、构杞子、车前子、复盆子、益母草、泽兰组成的中药复方,其水提剂11.27,5.64,2.82 g·kg^(-1)与雷公藤多甙组成复方雷公藤多甙给大鼠ig.结果 三个剂量的复方雷公藤多甙均能不同程度地纠正雷公藤多甙导致的大鼠动情周期异常、子宫重量减轻及子宫肌层变薄,各实验组卵巢未见明显变化.结论 复方雷公藤多甙对雌性大鼠生殖系统的毒副作用明显低于雷公藤多甙.Aim The side and toxic effects on reproductive system of female rat caused bycompositus GTW were observed. Methods In three dosages (11. 27 g· kg-1, 5. 64g·kg-1 and 2. 82 g· kg-1 of each ary herbs), the 13 specified traditional Chinesemedical herbs, including Trichosanthes Kirilowii, dendronium clavatum, Paeonia lac-tiflora, et al. were detected and concentrated to 10 ml· kg-1 decoctums. The decoc-tums were each mixed with 30 g·kg-1 GTW to compose the GTW compounds. GTWand GTW compounds, in the same dose, were given separetely to the rats in differentgroups for 80 days. Cytological examination was performed 10 days before finishing theexperiment and changes of uterus and ovary were observed after the experi-ment. Results In the GTW group the ovulatory period was irregular, the weight ofuterus was lost and its muscle became thinner, as compared with those in the controlgroup, while in the GTW compound groups the toxic effects found in the GTW groupwere apparently redressed. Conclusion The side and toxic effects of GTW compoundon reproductive system of female rats are apparently lower than those of GTW.
