摘　　要：目的探讨牛黄千金散的抗炎解热作用。方法大白鼠足跖浮肿法测抗炎作用 ;家兔耳静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素检测解热作用。结果牛黄千金散有明显的抗炎作用及加强复方氨基比林的解热作用。结论牛黄千金散水溶液有明显的抗炎解热作用。Aim The antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Niu Huang Qian Jin San was explored.Methods (1)The anti-inflammatory effect of Niu Huang Qian Jin San was tested by using the method of swelling rat toes;(2)The antipyretic effect of Niu Huang Qian Jin San was determined by the method that colitoxin was injected into rabbit's auricular vein.Results (1)Niu Huang Qian Jin San has manifest anti-inflammatary effect.After using the medicinc, there is much more difference of the swelling degree of the rat toes than that of NS(P<0.01).(2)Niu Huang Qian Jin San can strengthen the antipyretic effect of aminopyrine CO.There is very remarkable difference of the centigrade temperature rising between the group injected Niu Huang QIan Jin San and the comparison group injected NS.Conclusion Niu Huang Qian Jin San solution has significant antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
