四个经济特区宏观经济投入产出有效性分析

摘　　要：应用DEA理论和技术 ,特别是投入冗余率、产出不足率等概念 ,对 4个经济特区宏观经济投入产出状况进行深入的分析 ,指出它们的建设发展经历了相似历程 ,即“DEA有效 -DEA无效(非DEA有效 ) -DEA有效” ;指出DEA无效主要是由于对一些资源的利用不合理而造成的 .Applying the DEA theory and technology, esp., the concepts of redundant invest ratio and inefficient production ratio, the paper makes an in-depth analysis on the macroeconomics invest- production status of four special economic zones(SEZs). It is pointed out that these SEZs have passed through a similar way, namely,'DEA efficiency-DEA inefficiency-DEA efficiency'. The reason for DEA inefficiency is caused by usneasonable use of some resource. Some improving suggestions on resourse disposal are also given.
