摘 要:结合江口水电站溢流坝中孔检修闸门 ,进行了高水头斜门槽水力特性试验研究。试验内容包括闸门在动水下降过程中的闸门区水流空化特性、闸门关闭速度、闸门底缘体形、水流流态、通气孔风速、进气量对闸门持住力的影响。试验成果表明 :中孔检修门槽布置符合我国高压闸门设计规范推荐的平面门槽形式 ;当闸门在全开及设计水位运行下 ,门槽区水流空化数为 0 .8~ 0 .9,不会有空化发生 ,但因中孔为斜门槽 ,为克服水流对斜门槽的冲击力变化 ,应适当增大错台。推荐了方案 5底缘布置形式。Based on the test data of a repairing gate installed on the middle outlet of Jiangkou Hydropower Station, some researches about hydraulic properties of an inclined gate slot under high water head were conducted. Study contents included flow cavitation characteristics, gate closing?speed, configuration of gate bottom, wind speed in the vent and gate holding?force in process of gate closed in flowing water. The test data indicated that the arrangement of the repairing slot of the middle outlet can meet the requirements recommended by China's high pressure gate design criterion; when the gate is fully opened under the design water level, the flow cavitation numbers of slot section are 0.8 ~ 0.9 and no cavitation happened. In order to solve the problem of impact?force change due to water jetting on inclined slots, it is necessary to increase the interleaving?platform size properly. A kind of configuration of the gate bottom described in the fifth scheme was recommended.
