摘　　要：本文介绍了主体高达170多米的罗湖商务大厦结构的修改设计。为了满足建设方的要求和建筑布局的需要,我们通过结合建筑避难层设计刚性加强层来减小结构水平位移的办法,使原设计的密柱框架-筒体结构体系改为了稀柱框架-筒体结构体系。同时,标准层楼盖由普通梁板结构改为后张无粘结部分预应力楼盖;17层以下框架柱采用了型钢混凝土柱。整体经济指标与原设计相当。This paper presents the modified str uctural design of Luohu Commercial P laza ,which is a tall building with a height of more than 170meters.Some advanced technology have been used i n the new design to achieve the demands of the proprietor and architect.Fir st,the formerly designed frame-tube structural system with dense colum ns have been replaced by a normal frame-tube stru ctural system with lesser columns.I n the new structural system,through setting a stiffened floor on the refuge floor,the displacemen of the structure was decreased.Second,the unbond partially prestressed concrete slabs have bee n used for the typical floors.At last,the steel reinforced concrete tech nology has been used in the frame columns undern eath the 17th floor.In comparison wi th the former design the total cost of the building have not been increased.
