摘  要:本文报道了福建省水产研究所 2 0 0 1年双斑东方人工繁殖及育苗过程与结果 .在春季当海水水温达到 1 6℃以上时 ,用DOM、LRH A3或HCG进行催产 ,混和或单一使用 ,剂量视亲鱼性腺成熟度而定 .受精卵在水温 1 8.0~ 2 2 .4℃、盐度 2 2 .1~2 8.6条件下 ,经 1 1 7~ 1 56h孵化 .用 2 0 5万尾开口仔鱼培育出平均全长为 3 7mm ,平均体重为 1 .3 g的鱼苗 52 .3 5万尾 ,成活率 2 5.5%.此外 ,对亲鱼的暂养、催产、受精卵的孵化、仔鱼的前期培育和后期培育等关键环节进行了探讨 .This paper reports the process and result of artifical propagation and breeding of Fugu bimaculatus by Fujian Fisheries Research Institute in 2001.In spring,when the water temperature is above 16℃,mature fish is acceleratedly bred with the use of DOM,LRH-A 3 and HCG mixedly or respectively.The dosage is decided by the maturity of the parent fish's sex gland.The zygote is incubated in the water with salinity of 22.1~28.6 and temperature of 18.0~22.4℃ for 117~156h. In the test on artifical culture of 2 050 000 larva obtained, 523 500 fries with average Length of 37mm and average weight of 1.3g are obtained. The survival rate is 25.5%.The key links about mature fish breeding, speeding up spawn, hatching and younger fish's former and later-stage cultivating etc are discussed in this paper.
