摘 要:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定茵陈蒿汤颗粒液及合煎液中栀子甙的含量。每付茵陈蒿汤颗粒液中栀子甙的含量为496 .0 2mg ,每付合煎液中栀子甙的含量为 180 .49mg。The medicinal material base for clinical application of the refined granules of single traditional Chinese medicine were studied. The contents of geniposide in Fenjian decoction (preparing the refined granules of single traditional chinese medicine of different kinds of medicinal materials separately, then mixing the granules with boiling water ) and Hejian decoction (decocting the all kinds of the traditional chinese medicinal materials together as the traditional method) of Yinchenhaotang (composed of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Fructus Gardeniae) were analyzed by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C 18 column and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile∶water(10∶90). Geniposide was detected at 238nm. The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.0287~0.9560ug , with correlation coefficient 1.0000. The average recovery of Fenjian decoction was 100.36% with RSD=3.28%(n=5) and that of Hejian decoction was 101.92% with RSD= 1.93% (n=5). The contents of geniposide were 496.02mg in one dose of Fenjian decoction and 180.49mg in one dose of Hejian decoction . The content of geniposide in Fenjian decoction was higher than that in Hejian decoction.
