颜料对含草浆低定量涂布纸不透明度的影响

摘　　要：以茂名高岭土为主要颜料,在双元颜料体系中研究了6种功能颜料对不透明度及其他性能的影响,结果发现20～30份煅烧土对不透明度改善明显,7.5份钛白或实心球有机颜料及5份中空球有机颜料对改善不透明度也有较好的效果,超细研磨碳酸钙(UFGCC)对涂料流变性的改善有利。Pigments play an important role in improving the opacity of LWC paper for a given straw pulp containing base stock.The Maom-ing kaolin was used as the main pigment in a dual pigment system,the effect of six different functional pigments on the opacity and other properties of LWC was studied.The results showed that20～30pph calcined clay remarkly improved the opacity,although about 7.5pph TiO 2 and5pph hollow spheric plastic pigment were effective,they are too expensive,UFGCC was benefit to improve the rheology of the coating.
