摘　　要：介绍了ATMEL公司的电能计量专用芯片组AT73C500和AT73C501,该组套片能够对有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、电压、电流、频率、功率因数等多种电网参数进行测量,并具有速度快、精度高的特性,是设计多功能电表的较为理想的芯片。文中还给出了该组套片和单片机的接口电路,该电路在实际中得到了使用。Introduced energy measurement chip AT73C500and AT73C501,which can not only measure simultaneous active,reactive and apparent power,voltage,current,fre-quency and power factor,but also is of some characteristic,such as high converting speed and high accuracy.The two chip500and501provide better solution for watt-hour meter.Finally,in this paper gave the interface circuit between AT73C500and MCU which has been used in the practice work.
