摘　　要：胚胎于细胞分离和克隆是一个复杂的过程,受到许多因素的影响;饲养层细胞、生长因子、基础培养基、胚胎的胚龄、不同的遗传背景等是影响胚胎干细胞分离和克隆的几个重要影响因素。The isolation and clone of the embryonic stem cells is a complex procedure. It is affected by many factors such as the feeder cell, the growth factor, the foundation culture medium, the age of embryos, the difference of genetic background. Those are several important factors of the isolation and clone of the embryonic stem cells.
