摘  要:选用 2 16个不同基因型F1进行花药培养 ,研究分析了不同基因型的花药培养力反应规律。结果表明 ,不同基因型的花药培养力差异很大 ,高培养力及低培养力基因型各占 1/ 4左右 ,而中培养力基因型占 1/ 2左右。还对花培育种中的桥梁亲本选择问题进行了分析 ,筛选出具有高培养力和高产、优质基因的花培桥梁亲本。Two hundred and sixteen F 1 hybrid combinations of wheat were used to evaluate the effects of genotypes on anther culture response(ACR).The results indicated that the anther culture responses were different among genotypes.The genotypes of high ACR and that of low ACR accounted for about a quarter respectively,and the middle types accounted for about a half.The selection of parents to make cross combination in anther culture breading were also discussed,and good varieties or genotypes with high ACR were proposed.The results are of great importance for improving the efficiency of anther culture breeding.
