小麦根腐病菌鉴定及其生物学特性测定

摘　　要：分离鉴定小麦根腐病菌 ,并对其进行生物学特性测定 ,结果表明 ,小麦根腐病菌属于半知菌亚门平脐蠕孢属麦根腐平脐蠕孢 (Bipolarissorokiniana(Sacc .)Shoemakey)。该菌生长的最适温度为 30℃ ,最适 pH值为 7,最适培养基为PDA ,6 0℃ 5min为致死温度。分生孢子在水滴中才能萌发 ,萌发的最适 pH值为 7,最适温度为 2 5℃ ,在供试的营养液中 。Biological characteristics was tested for the wheat common rot pathogen following isolation and identification.the result showed that the pathogen is Bipolaris sorokiniana (Sacc.)shoemakey.The optimal condition for the growth of the pathogen is 30 ℃,pH 7,and with the media of PDA,the lethal high temperature is 60 ℃ for 5 min.The conidia germinate only in the water drops.The optimal condition for the germination is pH 7, 25 ℃ and highest germination rate take place in the soil drench among the treatment solutions pathogen.
