摘  要:应用盆栽方法和1 5N示踪技术 ,对红壤性水稻土紫云英有机氮素的形成特征进行了探讨。结果表明 :紫云英有机氮素的来源主要来自根瘤固氮 ,固氮量占植株总氮量的 42 .40 % ,土壤供氮和肥料供氮分别占 2 9.2 6%和 2 8.3 4%。施用氮肥能促进紫云英干物质的积累和鲜草产量的提高 ,但对其根瘤的形成及生物固氮有负面影响。土壤中1 5N尿素的去向表现为气逸损失 >作物吸收 >By applying pot culture method and \+ 15 N trace technique, this paper studied the sources of organic nitrogen in Chinese milk vetch and the destinations of \+ 15 N urea during the growth of Chinese milk vetch on red paddy soil,the results showed that the organic nitrogen in Chinese milk vetch mainly derived from the fixed nitrogen by root nodule, which accounted for 42.40% of total nitrogen in plant,soil and urea supplied 29.26% and 28.34% of total nitrogen in plant,respectively. Applying nitrogen fertilizer could enhance the fresh weight and dry weight of Chinese milk vetch, but it had negative effect on the formation of root nodule and the biological nitrogen fixation.The destinations of \+ 15 N urea in soil were arranged as follows:loss due to volatilization>absorbed by plant>residue in soil.\;
