高产双低杂交油菜新品种中油杂2号的选育

摘　　要：中油杂 2号是中国农业科学院油料作物研究所利用陕 2A不育系等材料 ,经测交、诱变和杂交转育选育的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育三系杂交种 ,具有丰产性突出、稳产性好、品质优良、抗 (耐 )病性强、适应性广等特征。湖北省区试平均产量 2 92 6 .4 3kg/hm2 ,比对照中油 82 1增产 19.73% ,全国 (长江中游 )区试平均产量2 318.18kg/hm2 ,比对照中油 82 1增产 13.94 %。种子芥酸含量 0 .90 % ,商品籽硫甙含量 2 0 .70 μmol/g。 2 0 0 0年通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定 ,2 0 0Zhongyouza No.2, a cytoplasmic male sterile three-line rapeseed hybrid, was bred through the methods of test-crossing, induced mutation and crossing. Its parental material was from Shan 2A cytoplasmic male sterile line of Qinyou No.2. The variety possessed the characteristics of high-yield, stable yield, good quality, disease resistance (tolerance) and extensive adaptability. In Regional Trial of Hubei and National Regional Trial, the Zhongyouza No.2 gave 2 926.43kg/hm 2 and 2 318.18kg/hm 2 of average yield, which outyielded the control variety Zhongyou 821 by 19.73% and 13.94%, respectively. The erucic content of Zhongyouza No.2 was 0.90%, and the glucosinolate content was 20.70μmol/g in commercial seed. It was registered by the Hubei Crop Variety Approval and Chinese Crop Variety Approval in 2000 and 2001, respectively.
