依葡柠解冻液对种公牛精子寿命及完整顶体率的影响

摘　　要：采用复方依葡柠解冻液 (EDTA+葡萄糖 +柠檬酸钠 ,试验组 )与常用的单方柠檬酸钠解冻液 (2 .9%柠檬酸钠 ,对照组 )对肉用种公牛颗粒冻精进行解冻对照试验。结果显示 ,解冻后精子的复苏率 ,试验组与对照组相差不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;常温 (18～ 2 0℃ )和低温 (5～ 7℃ )下再贮存 ,精子的存活时间和生存指数 ,试验组高于对照组 ,且差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;解冻后在 (38± 2 )℃水浴中孵育 3h检查精子的完整顶体率 ,试验组极显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。适用于水牛的良好解冻液依葡柠 ,用做牛 (肉用牛 )Controlled trials were conducted to investigate the effects of two thawing solutions on bull′s sperm survival time and integrity acrosome rate.One solution was EGC(EDTA+glucose+sodium citrate),and the other was the normal 2.9% sodium citrate solution.After thawing the drops of frozen spermatic fluid,the difference between the sperm anabiosis rates in two groups was not significant (P>0.05).When thawed spermatic fluid conserved at normal temperature (18 20℃) or at low temperature (5 7℃),The survival time and existence index of the sperm in experimental group was significantly higher than those in controlled group (P<0.05).Water bathing the thawed spermatic fluid at 38℃ for 3 hours,the integrity acrosome rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P<0.01).The above evidence suggested that the EGC thawing solution is a more effective thawing solution,when used in cattle.
