更年期大鼠心房特殊颗粒的形态计量学研究

摘  要:本实验对更年期SD大鼠心房肌细胞进行了超微结构观察并对心房内分泌肌细胞内的特殊颗粒作了形态计量分析。结果显示 ,更年期大鼠特殊颗粒的数目减少 ,直径变小。青年期大鼠心房特殊颗粒的体密度为 4 .0 2 ,数密度为 2 .6 0 ,平均直径为 0 .30um ;更年期组大鼠心房特殊颗粒的体密度为 1.37,数密度为 1.76 ,平均直径为 0 .2 6um。经统计学处理 ,两组间体密度、数密度和平均直径的差异分别都具有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。同时更年期大鼠心房内分泌细胞中的线粒体较少 ,脊稀疏 ,高尔基复合体不如青年组丰富发达 ,提示更年期心房特殊颗粒减少可能是心房肌细胞合成心房肽功能降低所致。The ultrastructure of atrial cell in climacteric SD rats was observed and the morphometry analysis of atrial specific granules was finished. The result revealed that the number and diameter of atrial specific granules were different between young rats and climacteric rats. The atrial specific granules volume density was significantly decreased in climacteric group (1.37±0.91) than those in young group (4.02±1.51),(P<0.01). The numerical density was more significantly decreased in climacteric group (1.76±0.76) than those in young proup (2.60±0.99), (P<0.01). The mean diameter of atrial specific granules was smaller in climacteric group (0.26±0.07) than those in young group (0.30±0.08) (P<0.01). The mithondria in climacteric rat atrial myoendocrine cells was reduced. The cristae of mithondria was more scarce. The Golgi complex was not abundant. This indicated that the decrease of atrial specific granules in climacteric rat may be caused by the synthesis function of atrial cells declined.
