摘 要:采用免疫组化和体视学测量方法 ,对 6 2例 10 - 38周人胎儿小肠上皮内淋巴细胞的数密度、平均灰度、算术平均体积及表面积与体积比进行测算 ,并与固有层淋巴细胞进行比较。结果发现在胎儿发育过程中 ,小肠上皮内淋巴细胞的数密度、平均灰度随胎龄增长而增加 ,但算术平均体积及比表面与胎龄无相关关系。与固有层淋巴细胞相比 ,小肠上皮内淋巴细胞的算术平均体积和比表面比固有层淋巴细胞的大 ,数密度比固有层淋巴细胞的小 ,而平均灰度与固有层淋巴细胞的无明显差别。The development of intraepithelial lymphocytes(IEL) in small intestine of 62 human fetuses aged from 10 to 38 weeks were investigated with immunohistological and stereological methods. The results showed that the mean gray level and the numerical density increased with the increase of fetal age, but there was no remarkable correlation between the arithmetic mean volume and the ratio of surface to volume and the fetal age. Compared with lamina propria lymphocytes(LPL), the arithmetic mean volume and ratio of surface to volume of IEL were larger than those of LPL and the numerical density of IEL was smaller than that of LPL, while there was no significant difference between the mean gray level of IEL and that of LPL.
