摘　　要：农业是个弱势产业,光靠农民自身努力增收有限,国家帮助应成为农民增收的主导形式,宜从国家财政投入、价格保护、科技支持、金融服务、扶贫济困、乡镇撤并、农民减负、土地流转制度改革、农业结构调整、发展乡镇工业、提高城市化率、兴办农民技校等方面,建立国家支农保护系统工程。Our agriculture is a poor one, peasant income increase depending on their hard work only is limited. Our government should build national agriculture protecting system engineering on the base of finance input price protection, science and technology support and so on to help peasants increasing their income.
