板栗剥壳去衣机的研制

摘　　要：板栗食用和药用价值都很高 .进行板栗深加工首先要解决板栗机械化剥壳问题 .为此 ,该文作者研制成功了一种完全新型的板栗剥壳去衣机 ,取得了国家专利权 .该机器每小时处理板栗 5 0 0kg ,剥壳率达 90 %以上 ,栗仁完好无损率达 80 %以上 .不同大小、不同形状的栗果可同时在一起剥壳 ,不用分级 .其工作原理和方法是给板栗同时施加几种力 ,迫使栗果在作高速自转运动的同时 ,还要作高速螺旋型圆周旋转运动 ,频繁发生高速滚动刮碰和滚动擦碰 。It is well known that chestnut has high value in nutrition and medicine. The aim of the present study is to invent a kind of machine to cut off the chestnut's hard shell and inner-skin. The chestnut decorticator invented by the authors is now a new type of machine at home and abroad. And it has got patent right in China. It can decorticate 500 kg chestnuts per hour. With the machine the chestnuts can be decorticated all together without necessarily dividing them into different groups for their different weight and shapes. The decorticating rate is over 90%. Furthermore, over 80% of the kernels decorticated by it are not broken.
