川金丝猴毛首线虫新种记录

摘　　要：从死亡的珍稀动物川金丝猴 (四川省卧龙 )发现其胃内寄生大量毛首线虫 ,依据其雄、雌虫体重要结构的形态学研究并与本属内其他八个种比较 ,鉴定为一新种 ,命名 :川金丝猴毛首线虫新种 (Trichocephalusrhinopiptheroxellasp .nov)。In this paper,a new species of Genus trichocephalus is described from the golden monkey(Rhinopipthecus roxellanae) collected from Wolong, Sichuan Provice,China. The descriptions are as follows: Trichocephalus rhinoroxella sp.nov.(Figs 1-2):Male: average bady length is 32.60(29.00-36.00)mm,anterior and posterior parts being 22.10 (19.00-24.00) mm and 10.50 (9.00-12.70) mm in length respectively, 2.10(1.90-2.31)mm in proportion.Supraoesophageal terminal average is 0.140 (0.115-0.156) mm in diameter . Seminal ducts avarage is 4.402(3.464-5.263) mm in length and 0.264 (0.202-0.374) mm in length and 0.249 (0.204 - 0.306)mm in diameter.Spicules average is 2.931(1.972-3.074)mm in length.Spicule sheath cylinder with average 0.717(0.578-0.836)in length.There are numerous short and small trigonal spiculas,triangle beingle about 0.0136mm in height. Female:average body length is 28.88(24.50-32.00)mm,anterior and posterior parts being 22.75 (18.50-23.00) mm and 8.38 (7.00-9.50) mm in length respectively, 2.439(1.95-2.80) in proportion eggs simiar to waistdrumm shape,brown or gray in colour,0.055-0.064mm in length and 0.024-0.027mm in diameter. Diagnosis:this species differs from T.rhinopipthecus T.cynocephalus,T.suis,T.ovis,T.globuloses,T.gazellae,T.lani and T.tuichiurus,etc.It is comparatively small in size (figs1-2).The interior structures such as Ejacutory duct,cloaca,spiculs and spicule sheath are much longer than those of other species.All the parasitis live in caecum and large intestine except T.rhinopipthecus. Host:Golden Monkey(Rhinopipthecus roxellanae),collected from Wolong, sichuan provice,China. Location: stomach. Type collected location: Chongqing zoo,Chongqing,China. Types: Holotype 1,Allotype 1,peratype 35(♂)and 45(♀),collected in Nevember of 1993.from the stomach of a golden monkey. All the type specimens are kept in Department of parasitology of Chongqing Uiversity of Medical Sciences.
