摘　　要：本文综述了绝经后骨质疏松动物模型复制的基本方法、模型评价指标及各类动物模型研究进展 ,并对各类动物模型中的优、缺点及存在的主要问题进行了探讨。This paper reviews the methods of reproduction, the criteria for evaluation of models and research advances of the animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis.It also discusses the advantages, disadvantages and the major problems in researched models.
