胃脾区区域性门静脉高压症9例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃脾区区域性门静脉高压症 (gastricsplenicsegmentalportalhypertensionGSSPH)的临床特征及有关诊治问题。方法　回顾性分析GSSPH的临床表现特点和治疗结果。结果　对 9例GSSPH病人施行手术治疗 ,均治愈出院 ,术后随访 5例 ,未再发生消化道出血 ,脾亢症状完全消失。结论　GSSPH是一种能够治愈的疾病 ,通常伴有胰腺疾病、脾功能亢进和孤立性胃底静脉曲张 ,但肝功能正常 。Objective Discussing the clinical characters,diagnosis and treatment by the way. Methods The clinical characteristics of GSSPH and the results diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results Nine cases of GSSPH were operated by surgery and they were clinically cured and discharged from hospital,five cases were followed up after operation,no massive digestive tract bleeding occurred again,symptom of hypersplenia in all five cases disappeard completely. Conclusion GSSPH is a kind of disease which can be cured by surgery.It is usually accompanied by pancreatic disease,hypersplenia and isolated gastric fundus varicose,but liver function is normal.To resect nidus adding splenectomy will make good results.
